The item came on time and was free delivery. The finish on the handle was worn off on the shovel. Called the company customer service and no response.

Cheap but Gets the Job Done
Not sure if this product has changed but the quality of this item seems to be not as what it is advertised. Bought because of all of the great reviews but was very disappointed once it arrived. You have to piece everything together and the pieces aren't seamless, there are rods in the center where in the pictures online did not show that. It's a heavy set but you can see that it was pieced together by glue and not melted together. Overall it's a cheap option that gets the job done. If you're looking for something nicer I would suggest buying something else.
