Amana 6.5 cu ft 240 mV White Electric Automatic Dryer

it was listed a little pricier then its actual value compared to other stores but i was able to use affirm so it was easy to replace a dryer that quit evwn when i didnt have the spare money atm.

I like its Easy to use, dries my towels on the first cycle, no need to set the cycle again. Very nice Simple Dryer at a reasonable price. Very Happy with this Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer to replace the Frigidaire brand I had for several years. I'm very impressed by the Amana brand dryer. This dryer has more drying options than my old Frigidaire and runs quieter as well. I'm wishing I would've known more about this brand before I would've bought an Amana years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple. Works. No fancy "A.I." or other stuff. I've had a lot of fancy appliances, and it ends up being expensive to repair because this or that board blew out and took the flux capacitor with it. You put your clothes in, turn it on, they come out dry. One of the best dryers I've had so far, let's see how long it lasts and how much it will cost to fix.

I do not remember model numbers and that should be an obvious consideration when you program your computers to send out emails to your clients. I wish this process worked as good as the appliance. Is it too difficult to include the appliance name so your reviews are accurate or do you care because making us search for papers will result in very few responses??

Very good dryer for the money! It may take an extra 30 minutes on towels or comforters, but still gets very hot, depending on the size. I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer @ a lower cost no bells and whistles compared to higher price dryers. If you have the money I recommend getting a sensor letting you know dryer vent is getting clear clogged.!!!

I wanted a basic machine that would dry my clothes, and price was not an issue. I didn't need to see how my dryer was running from my cell phone, I didn't need steam to make me imagine it was preventing wrinkles, I didn't want my dryer to test the vent system and I didn't care about the fantasy of an ENERGY STAR rating that doesn't actually save any energy. All of these features are high-risk in breakdown, repair costs and locking the dryer down when they [frequently] fail. Unfortunately, there are few dryers that meet this need and, when they do, they are lacking options for door openings and vent clearances and this dryer is overly basic, lacking any options and, unlike past dryers, allows for no space along the bottom fror a vent, so it sticks out from the wall. It is so basic, that it doesn't even have any manuals that address the use of the various settings on the dial. The best they have is a manual designed for Whirlpool dryers generally. After all, Amana is now just another division of Whirlpool and Whirlpool, obviously, wants to spend no money on Amana.
