My new go to breakfast I love it cold or hot.
my new go to breakfast. I cook a cup with three cups of water at one time and keep in the fridge. Put some in a bowl with some fruit, yogurt, or just a little maple syrup or honey and I have an easy, healthy breakfast that keeps me full until lunch with no mid morning crash. Hoping it will lower my cholesterol. I like it cold in the summer or heat it up in the winter.

Awesome
So so happy that I order 6 lb bag. Totally worth it. Amaranth seeds are fresh and clean. Received earlier than expected. We use a lot to make sweet but can't find anymore in Indian grocery stores in AZ. Thank you so much to Food to live for carrying this product.

Seasonality matters
Excellent product! However, it seems that selling season (not just expiration date) matters. In the summer I bought this item with an expiration date 17 months out. In December I restocked, expiration date 19 months out. My most recent purchase is 'way fresher, so it pops cleanly
