Only returned because it was a gift and I already have one

Nothing matched up and the wheels would not stay on. We returned it to the company and now they are saying we didn't return the right thing. I've never had this happen before. We literally tried putting it together and put it right back in the box and sent it back.

This chair is definitely a 2 person job! Trying to align all of the holes by yourself is IMPOSSIBLE! I hate like crap that I purchased this chair. The only reason I am keeping it, is because I spray painted the arm rest and all the rest of the silver gold.

This chair is impossible to put together. Nothing fits where the diagram says it should. Do not buy this chair. It is a waste of money!
