Was using Culturelle probiotic as I was getting it free from the VA but they changed distributors and they didn't have that brand but a cheaper brand that used a gelatin capsule and I couldn't take it as I have been a vegetarian for 65 year's but when I saw this one I decided to give it a try and so far so good; a good price and same cfu as the Culturelle. Will continue to purchase.

I was looking for a good probiotic that was cheaper than the one I had been taking that was just as good as the one I was taking and I think I have found it.

Instead of just psyllium, this contains slippery elm, a known and tested ingredient to aid digestion. Additional ingredient means additional expense. However, it is well worth it especially if you use semaglutide meds! I'm not a great pill taker, and the dosage is three large caps, but they seem to slide down easily. Whatever! It works!

I have added Amazing Flora Probiotics to my New health journey. I love how it has more strains than other brands. I have no complications or side effects. I think it is a very affordable probiotic. The capsules are not to large. I don't have an after taste after taking it.
