These are a big help.
These work and are a big help. I take one everyday and highly recommend them. The addition of coconut oil to the biotin work well together. I take one along with Amazing Formulas advanced collagen. Both are available from Walmart online seller Vitaminshub. Shipping is quick, the price is good and the Quality of the Amazing Formulas products are the best. Thank you Walmart and Vitaminshub.

My hair was falling out. My skin was dry. My nails were brittle. I haven't been on this product very long, but I am seeing the results. I would recommend it.

BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHERS I TRIED
I use different brands of Biotin, but not as good as this one. this one is easier to swallow and works quicker

Give this one a try.
This is, of course, very unscientific. That being said, after taking this product for a while, I had the most beautiful, long nails. Hadn't had that in years. I purchased more from the same company, but it didn't have the coconut oil. The nails started chipping and breaking. So I purchased the coconut oil ones again. I am anxious to see if I get my great nails back.
