These iron capsules seem to be fine. I've never tried this brand before but what attracted me first off was because they are capsules instead of hard pills that may upset your stomach. I didn't notice a nasty odor or taste which is definitely another plus. And lastly they're at a good price point.

This vegetarian iron supplement works so much better for me than mineral types. It brought my blood counts up to normal levels. I am chronically anemic, so must often usesupplements. I have no digestive issues with it, as I did with some others. I recommend it highly.

Did not seem to agitate my stomach. I prefer gummies over pills . Only downside is that you have to take 3 gummies.

I liked them because they are capsules. And I believe capsules absorb into your body faster than tablets. Plus these had no weird after taste. Good Product! 😊
