I take 1 dose a night and I just have the ability to fall asleep and when I wake to take care of my "old" man bladder, I am able to go back to sleep better than without the product.

Been having trouble sleeping and read that this would help. Only started to take it and can't tell how good it works. I would think it affects different people in different ways.
