I have been talking these amino acids for about two years now. I noticed a better mood with in about a week. I can say that the L- Tryptophan does have a balanced affect, in mood. It's a natural supplement that unfortunately we don't get enough of in our daily diet. I recommend this product.

quality is much better than average . Much. better !! will put you to sleep in 30 to 45 minutes ,no hangover effects. Very good.

Good product. Before using, I searched for med interactions %26 found that tryptophan would seriously interact with one of ny meds, possibly leading to life-threatening condition. Threw the capsules into trash. Not worth risk.
