Just straight Melatonin. Doesn't have a lot of additives. Bottle says made in the USA. There is a phone number on the bottle if you have any questions or issues. It did take a long time for shipping after order. Over a week. Its not packaged well either. came in a bag, wish it was shipped in a box.
