Very happy with this product I was a little skeptical as its pineapple, to my surprise it actually tastes good and gas a high dose of Micronized Creatine which is very important. Has its scoop pretty well packed and it came pretty filled up most Ive tried come half way. So yes I am hooked happy I gave pineapple a chance!

Great creatine powder! It has a light, refreshing flavor that's easy to drink. I like that it is dose to the standard 5 g makes it very easy to include in my daily routine which I have always done as someone who lifts weights, but am now even more serious about it, since creatine has new and updated studies on helping with cognitive function as we age.

I am mid-40's and female and I asked AI what supplement would be best for me and it said Creatine Micronized. The recommended serving is 5 grams per day, so Amazing Formulas Creatine Micronized was a perfect choice. It has 5 grams of creatine per serving, for a total of 66 servings per container. Creatine looks like a white(ish) powder. It dissolved very easily in water and really tasted great. I will absolutely enjoy drinking this daily. I look forward to seeing how this impacts my muscle recovery after exercise along with my energy level throughout the day. I'm active so I need all the help I can get!

Amazing Formulas micronized creatine monohydrate is very easy to mix, and tastes just like pineapple. Will definitely buy again.

Creatine. Got to get the perimenopausal wife more creatine. She loves the stuff and swears by it. If you have a loved one who is going through cougar puberty, pick some up. We haven't really seen much difference between brands.

Perfect size cannisters, I am always happy with this brand, very professional products, makes it easy when I am in a rush, and tastes great

This creatine arrived well-packaged and sealed with a plastic band around the lid on the outside of the jar and a paper foil type seal underneath the lid. I immediately noticed the settling makes it appear that the jar is only half full, but that doesn't matter as long as the number of servings claimed is accurate. The consistency is different from other micronized creatine powders I've used - this is almost like powdered sugar, not superfine crystals like refined sugar. It mixes well in liquids - hot or cold - and has a great pineapple flavor. It's made in the USA so I trust it's potency and quality more than supplement products made in some other countries trying for the cheapest process. The price is fair for the quantity and quality.

Efficacy %26 Workout Gains For those who have recently started incorporating 5g of this creatine daily into their routine, the effects become noticeable within the first few weeks, aligning with typical creatine saturation timelines. Strength Increases: Users commonly report breaking through plateaus and managing a few extra reps on lifts (like single-arm dumbbell exercises). This is a hallmark of creatine monohydrate, which helps regenerate ATP (cellular energy) during short, intense bursts of effort. Muscular Endurance: You may notice feeling less depleted toward the end of your workouts. Muscle Fullness: Creatine pulls water into the muscle cells (intracellular hydration), which can contribute to a fuller appearance and a slight increase in scale weight as the muscles saturate. Mixability and Texture Amazing Formulas utilizes micronized creatine. This is a crucial detail because standard creatine monohydrate can sometimes be gritty and settle at the bottom of the glass. The micronization process breaks the powder down into significantly smaller particles. Solubility: It dissolves rapidly in water, juice, or a post-workout protein shake. Texture: It leaves no gritty residue or "sand-like" texture, which is a common complaint with non-micronized brands. Taste: The unflavored version is genuinely unflavored, making it incredibly versatile. It won't alter the taste of your whey protein or whatever liquid you mix it with. (They do offer flavored options like Lemon Lime Zest and Blue Raspberry if preferred). Quality and Value Purity: This product offers exactly what it promises: 5000mg (5g) of pure creatine monohydrate per serving. It is manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and is third-party tested, ensuring you aren't consuming unnecessary fillers. It's also non-GMO and gluten-free. Cost-Effectiveness: This is where Amazing Formulas often shines. Their larger tubs (like the 200-serving, 2.2 lb container) offer a very low cost per serving compared to many "premium" brands, often breaking down to just cents per day. The Verdict Amazing Formulas Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, effective, and affordable creatine supplement. If you've been seeing improvements in your lifts and overall performance in the gym since starting your new regimen, this creatine is likely playing a significant role in fueling those gains. It does the job perfectly without any unnecessary bells and whistles.

Just don't drink everyday and see difference(s) great taste my heart sometimes gets mad if I drink it more often so I recommend not drinking everyday
