I can't comment on The taste because I don't chew them. I don't know about it giving me energy. but I've been taking taurine for a while for cluster headaches because drinks like monster and Red Bull mixed with caffeine and taurine, seem to put a dent in them. but those drinks are expensive and these pills are cheap. I can't find anything wrong with them. It's a good quantity at a fair price.

I have just started taking this as suggested by my doctor. I chose the Amazing Formulas brand because I am happy with some of their other supplements.

I'm sleeping better, my anxiety is better, and I feel better overall. I've always heard amazing things about this supplement but never knew why. I did the research and decided to try it and now I see what the hype is all about!! I will always take this from now on!
