I would say it seems good however I don't know if its working yet to regulate my cycle. Also the taste as soon as I pop one in my mouth is gross but hopefully it works soon to help me with my irregular periods.

Improves menopause symptoms little by little
My gynecologist recommended Ristela and vaginal suppositories to improve my menopausal symptoms (terrible hot flashes several times a day, vaginal dryness, non-existent libido and others), but they did not help me at all, in addition to being a considerable monthly expense. I did a search online and tried some supplements, but they didn't improve my symptoms. The change came after about a month of using this product (in conjunction with hyaluronic acid in capsules), my libido has returned little by little and the hot flashes are one or two a day, I hardly notice them. Girls, give this supplement a chance, what's the worst that can happen?
