This stuff works and is a quality product. It helps with and works great for muscles soreness and rebuilding your muscles after a good workout. The pills are fairly large but total mg is high per pill so that is to be expected. However if you have trouble swallowing larger pills you may want to go with a different brand or glutamine product. The taste isn't great, it doesn't really taste like anything, especially if you swallow them quickly like any other pill you would take. I would purchase again purely based on the fact that they work and I felt the affects of them after taking them. Cut my muscles soreness after a previous days workout in half, if not more after not working out for several months. A good product and the price is fairly competitive considering there are tons of this same type of product all over to choose from. Solid product IMO, would purchase again.
