This Amazing Muscle Supplement company is top notch company because they are a 3rd party company and the best multi vitamin i have ever used !!! It's truly Top Level multi vitamin !!
Not bad, the tablets are kind of large which is hard for me to swallow so i just chew them and they are not bitter. Tastes like a less tart vitamin c. the niacin is like 250 percent though so you might experience some niacin flush (burning skin sensation) for the first few days until your body Adjusts.

I loved the convenience of having ALL of the vitamins, supplements and more together in one pill. I do wish and would suggest they would make it available in chewable or gummies as I have a bit of a problem swallowing it !
It's too early to tell, but it has a very well rounded nutritional value I was looking for.
Honestly we are still waiting to see how helpfully this supplement is my 17 year old son has been taking it for roughly 2 weeks and has noticed that much of a difference. It arrived quickly and the packaging was excellent, but the expected benefits are still in a wait and see pattern.
