This is better than my grocery store purchase. This taste good.I like it! 1 scoop This has a good pre-workout crafted blend of ingredients. After I have warmed up I feel stimulated, and after my first set my muscles feel energized. On my last set of reps I still feel strong and can do 1 more rep. DON'T OVER DO IT! Just 1 more counts. Try it
i have used many different brands of pre-workout over the last 20 years and i give PRE RISE 5 STARS. Tastes great-- small granules so it dissolves easily and no crash afterwards. HIGHLY recommended.
