Amazing Omega Omega 3 6 9 1200 Mg 120 Softgels

Gel caps are huge, but that doesn't bother me. I'm a Senior that has been taking every type of med there is over the years. I would rather take a large pill once a day, than several spread out!

A friend suggested. I take an hour before eating, hard to remember an hour. It does seem to settle my stomach. Sometimes when I eat within an hour I cramp and MUST use bathroom!! I don't cramp and sometimes I even wait 2-3 hours or not at all with the peppermint pills.

These softgels supply the perfect blend of Omega 3.6.9 in one dose. The daily dose is 3 softgels and the softgels are fairly large but even my DH who dislikes large pills swallows them easily. This is a very cost effective way to get our essentials fatty acids.

This Omega 369 combination works well for my health needs at this time. I buy the unflavored gel capsules.

My husband and I have both taken fish oil supplements for several years. This Omega 3-6-9 supplement is made from fish, flaxseed, and borage oils. I like that it comes from a few different sources. The label says it's 'high potency', but it isn't quite as high as some other similar products I've taken, plus the recommended daily serving is three softgels. I don't like having to take so many, but these are extremely easy for me to swallow, even if they are large. I like to take two of these alongside a more potent fish oil supplement for an affordable balance of the nutrients I need. This product is made with fish, of course, and it contains gelatin, so it won't be appropriate for vegans, unfortunately, but it is is non-GMO and made in the USA!! The bottle is huge and the price is right. Recommended!

Great value for the price

take with food, I took these a couple times on an empty stomach or just before eating and I had an upset stomach and what I call fish burps. so I would recommend you eat with omega's . I do like the product and did great after making that minor adjustment.

quality as promised, they are a LARGE capsule

I liked these capsules until I got a bottle where the capsules were all stuck together and there was a strong odor in the bottle.

they're just too big. the image is deceiving. they're huge. i take 1, 3x a day, but couldn't take 3 at a time.
