Way nicer than I expected. I figured I'd have to do some sandin'. But, nope! The finish on this wood was super smooth and clean. No need to paint it, either. The joints fit together very well, too. Small complaint: The allen key seemed to be a bit too small. Still workable, but with a bit of effort.

My 20 year old is very happy with it. It is sleek and smooth and classic looking.

Overall, this is a good bed frame. Easy to assemble and provides good support. However, some of the wood was warped and on the first night a slat broke in half

I've only had it for a few weeks so I don't know how well-made it is. But, it is easy to put together. I like the wood. I'll probaby varnish it at some point.

Solid bedframe, nothing extravagent. You can paint it or leave as is, and it feels sturdy and good for the value.

Nice bed and super quick set up (with power drill) it's basic but perfect for my teenager. Can paint or stain but I left it as is.

Bed slag pieces are uneven sizes. Also any weight on them (just pushed using hand) and theyre bending. Wouldnt recommend for anyone other than a toddler. Also extremely short
