I applied it to towel-dried hair, left it in for about 20 minutes as instructed, then rinsed it out and followed up with my usual conditioner. Already in the shower, I could feel my hair felt noticeably softer. After blow-drying and straightening, my hair looked silky and glossy, with no crunchy residue or stiffness. I'd been battling flyaways for months, and this treatment seriously smoothed them right out. Even a few days later, my hair stayed sleek and manageable—no need to reapply additional smoothing products every morning. My one caveat: since the bottle is on the smaller side, it's best suited for mid-length or shorter hair unless you don't mind purchasing multiples.
