I needed to get of synthetic, pharmaceutical hormone replacement ect...this has been the best over the counter product for me. First thing I noticed is it reduced the amount of times I hot flash in a day to about half! Also, it helps with stabilizing my mood swings. I recommend taking it the same time of day every day (NO SKIPPING) and it takes about 2 months to get the full effects of what it will do for you.
My doctor told me to estroven otc or this. I tried the estroven but he didn't work. I bought this 3 months ago. It saved me from going insane. I was having hot flashes so bad I was even sweating from them. At night I sleep with a fan blowing on me, yet I was waking up soaking wet from night sweats. I highly recommend this product.
I have way less hot flashes since starting this a few months ago . And I feel less irritable as well. It's unfortunate it is so expensive in Canada. You can find it for less than half this price in the states.
It helped me tremendously! I feel less bloated and irritable. I don't feel too many hot flashes at night. I do recommend to take them before a meal.

This product is on the pricey side of things, but it has eliminated my hot flashes, eased my mood swings and practically erased those dark thoughts and deep depression!
It really helps a lot I get day and night sweats. If I don't have them bad in the day I'll take them in the night due too a lot of night sweats!
So I'm up in the air reviewing this product. If I were to say it helped the answer is no, but I do notice some subtle changes. It helps my bladder a little bit with frequent and urgent. Maybe with overheating feeling at night.
I'm at the end of my 3rd box and I feel no difference. Disappointed for sure. Gonna do 1 more box, if it hasn't helped by the end of 4th box I will quit and find something new
