Great weather station! Read ALL the instructions.
This is a replacement for the Weather Station we purchased several years ago. If I would have read the instructions, we probably would not have had to purchase this replacement. The alkaline batteries in the original unit corroded and caused the outdoor unit to stop sending data to the base station. You know what they say, "RTM". The entire weather station is great. We love it. That is why we wanted to replace the broken outdoor unit. Jerry

It is what it is
This is an exact replacement for this part. It came quickly and well packed. There were no instructions on how to put it together, but it wasn't hard to figure out. It immediately connected with the base station (when holding the LIGHT/SNOOZE) button. I've had it a month and it hasn't broken.

Ambient 2902 weather array replacement.
The new array replaced my old Ambient array that stopped reporting the wind speed after six years. The new one sinced right up with the old weather display, and the weather web site.

Effective replacement sensor array
Original array failed (temperature, humidity, light/UV) after about 18 months in the tropical environment, so I purchased this replacement array. Installation was straight-forward and the new array synch'd with my existing base station/display without problems. Docking 1 star because I'd hoped the original array would have lasted more than 18 months.

item came qith no assembly instructions or even a qr code or link to follow for instructions. third oarty shipping was very sketchy.
