Great slicing garlic press. Buy one for a friend.
This is my 2nd garlic press I've ever bothered to buy. Slices make it easier to mince garlic finely. It's a favorite gift idea. Your never too old to an up to date garlic press. 😋

Paint chips off immediately
Yikes, the very first time I used the press and then scraped the garlic "noodles" coming out of the holes into what I was making, large flecks of gray paint came off in the garlic. So I figured I'd use the slicing option to avoid that problem until I could get a new one, but geez, then long shards of grey paint came out of the slicer on my garlic. Don't buy this press unless you need more industrial paint in your diet. 0 stars. Too bad, I was psyched about the slicer.

If you ingest paint what good is it really?
After using the slicer side for the second time the paint on it started pealing. We only used the supplied black plastic tool and soap and water to clean it. What bothered me most is I don't know how much we ingested.
