Not long after applying, I started seeing the mounds getting dormant with no further activity around them. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get rid of their ant problem so they can continue enjoying their yard! I'll surely use it again if I need to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received the Amdro kills fire ants yard treatment. We had the areas were there were ant mounds I think that's what there called. Anyway put some of this all over the area. I'd say it took about two days and all the ants were completely gone. My dad loved this product now we don't have to worry about anyone getting bit or our dogs getting bit. I highly recommend this product if you have a problem with ants. And it's really easy to use doesn't smell weird or anything.

I first bought this in 2021! Used around my moms house she had red ants all around! This year no red ants they are slowly getting close to her house again going have to treat again! I moved to a property next door to her and the red ants where horrible around especially around my pool area really bad! We applied this to our yard, doing a broadcast treatment as well as putting a little extra on the mounds as a mound treatment, on Wednesday. We went out to check on Saturday, and there are a couple stragglers and that's it. We are free to use our yard again without fear of stepping on fire ants again (we bought it after we had accidentally stepped on a mound and got several bites). Now for the test of time - only time will tell if the ants will be able to become immune to it, but for now, I really like the stuff. I'm glad we have our yard back.

There were no instructions on the bag so had to guess at how to use it. The handle was uncomfortable and began to break after a short time. In the end we just fully opened the bag and sprinkled it out. However, the product itself is good and works as expected. Just needs a little improvement on the dispenser bag.
