I have always been reluctant to try supplements because I always thought that I could make up for it by changing my diet. I have also have frequent food poisoning so I have been even more reluctant to try new things. However, upon recommendation of a friend, I tried these supplements and I've seen a world of change. The frequent food poisoning spells are gone and the only thing I had changed was taking these supplements. I know everyone is different but definitely recommend to try it out.

I've tried probiotics in the past but I never really quite felt the difference even when I was taking them consistently. I really liked the fact that these were vegetable based capsules, I don't eat gelatin so that was a major plus for me! The instructions are super clear and I can honestly say I noticed them working within days of taking them, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to stimulate the digestive area and maintain an overall healthy gut. I'd definitely purchase them again!

I really like that these probiotics are easy to take and don't leave an after taste like some. I'm fairly new to probiotics in general but have liked how I feel with these so far. I really like the ingredients and felt drawn to them mainly because of that. I would recommend them to someone looking to try a probiotic.

My partner was having lots of gut issues the last few months. She stopped craving food even though she was hungry, she would get bloated quickly and had constant stomach aches. Now we know it was because her gut flora was off. She took these as directed for a month and is now back to normal.

A decent product that served its purpose for me.Also, it is free of most allergens.

These have no flavor as far as I can tell.They are easy to swallow for me... my disclaimer is that I don't have issues taking pills even larger than these.I've had elimination issues my entire life. Since taking these probiotics (consistency is key as with everything), things have started to flow a bit more. ;)

That is, compared to another one from Codeage that I tried that has too many drying herbs in it for my body that cause hard dry stool. This one does not seem to affect me in an adverse way, but can't say if it is beneficial either. Have taken SBO's in the past and couldn't really say they helped. Thought I would try the Amen version since it has some herbs I use anyway and some fibers I've been wanting to try. May try again at a later date as I like to cycle the taking to see if I notice results.
