American Bakeware Classics Nonstick 9 inch Round Cake Pan, Nonstick, Heavy Duty Aluminized Steel

This is a nice cake pan. It's heavy duty, nonstick and made in the USA. I followed the instructions and hand washed it, buttered and floured it before using it. My cake came out perfectly. I specially like the handles, which make handling the pan a lot easier. I'm happy with this product.

This pan is heavy with a thick bottom that helped the cake to even bake without burning the bottom. I like the nonstick feature but still, I believe that oil coating is a must before pouring the making to make the end process more smoother. Cleaning is also easier, wash with detergent on a sponge (don't use steel wool or other metal scrubbers) and warm water.

I totally love my new cake pan it's so nice and my cake come out so good I love American bakeware that product are amazing to have in your home these are my favorite bakeware I use it daily I love to bake me and my daughter we always in the kitchen try out new recipes this cake pan is so nice and it doesn't stick so that's a plus I would totally recommend this item to everyone

I bake quite often and typically use parchment paper to help remove my baked goods easily and cleanly from the pan. However, American Bakeware Classics claims that there is no need to use parchment paper for clean pan removal, just follow recipe instructions for greasing and flouring if necessary. I have cooked two deserts thus far: cheesecake brownies and pineapple upside down cake. Both deserts came out easily from the pan. I have included pictures to see the results, and I am very pleased. For the brownie, there were only a few small crumbs that stuck to the pan. I used a little Crisco and had no sticking whatsoever. In my old pans, I had to use parchment paper or else most of the bottom would stick to the pan. The pineapple upside down cake had a little of the topping stick to the top, but it was easily removed and seamlessly reapplied to the cake. I melted butter in the pan and then spread it around the sides prior to baking. The sides didn't stick at all, and the fact is, I always use crushed pineapple instead of rings for my topping, so I am used to having some of the topping bake onto my pan; however, this time I didn't have to lose any topping due to the fact that it could all be salvaged. I am definitely impressed and plan on replacing more of my pans with this bakeware. USA Pan products are made in the USA. This 9-inch pan has a nonstick silicone coating made without PTFE or PFOA, has a limited lifetime warranty, and is a solid pan of surprisingly heavy weight. I love the fact that it has handles built into the sides – no more accidently sticking my oven glove into my desert as I remove it from the oven! Even if the pan wasn't such a terrific success, I would love it for just this feature alone. However, I am sold on the fact that I have cooked two deserts that I have typically had troubles with “sticking” and removed them easily with beautiful, yummy results. Product notes state that the pan should not exceed a baking temperature of 450 degrees, and you should not use cooking spray or metal objects with the pan. It is also not dishwasher safe, but washes very easily in warm, soapy water. The bottom of the pan has wavy ridges built into it but does not leave substantial indentations in your baked goods. I was also concerned when I first saw the pan that it appeared to have fluted sides which would make stacking a two-layer cake difficult, but it must be an illusion resulting from the handles; both of my deserts had no unusual angling at all, so multi-layer cakes will stack easily and line up well. I can't wait to bake some more! I am very pleased with this product. USA Pan has created a great product that will make a wonderful addition to anyone's kitchen.

I am impressed by the quality of these pans. They are very heavy material and look very well made. My banana bread cake cane out well cooked and browned. Cake didn't stick to the bottom much a d was evenly browned on all sides. Very happy with the experience!

I will start with the deepness of this pan. I was able to make enchiladas, lasagna and a pineapple upside down cake all in this pan. It cooks well on various heats by cooking evenly all around the pan. I did not need to put in excess of grease or butter or foil to ensure it did not stick. It cleans easily with dish soap and warm water. Although it appears heavy and big it's solid but still somewhat light weight. This pan is very necessary if you like to bake often with deep dishes or meals that normally would stick to the pan. Saved me time on cooking and turning the pan often and on cleaning as well. I do recommend.

This is a good cake pan. I'm sure you could do anything in it but that's what I'm going to use mine for. I usually just do a rectangle cake because it's the pan I have laying around. A round cake just makes it a little more special I guess. This one is pretty deep so that's nice and the wavy bottom I guess helps it out of the pan better, but cooking spray always takes care of that.

Am so impressed! The quality definitely exceeded my expectations it is well made, heavy and very sturdy! The bottom is really thick the reason why my cake baked amazingly well, gives the right heat and uniformly done! I absolutely love it and am going to stock up on this great product and buy one for my mom too.

This is perfect to fit on a grill and not worry about the bottom getting burned or changing color. It is very thick and durable. It washes very easily and is non stick, so no heavy scrubbing has ever been needed. I would love to have a full set of all different sizes of these and replace all the pans in my kitchen!

Im not to fond of the American Bakeware Classics by USA Pan Round Cake Pan. Its hard to clean. It got discolored after one use. Easily scatched with brillo and hard to clean with sponge. I used nonstick spray and removing cake was no problem just really dont like that it was discolored after i even cleaned it.
