Excellent bakeware I saw recommended by known chefs. I Baked brownies w/o spraying (maker does not recommend) or greasing pan and they released easily after running spatula around edges. Material is non toxic and the metal is sturdy. I'll only purchase American Bakeware from now on. Great price at Walmart. Easy cleaning just using dish soap and water.
No need to flour or spray this pan! No need for silicone pads! I use these pans for homemade sourdough and 2 of these 1 pound pans PERFECTLY makes a recipe of sourdough! To portion food easily, I prefer these smaller loaves. I didn't prep the pan at all, and the bread just fell out. Perfect! Love these!
This pan is fantastic! Nice %26 sturdy to hold any type of bread both quick %26 yeast bread dough. Bakes evenly with no hot spots so it comes out picture perfect. Great to be able to count on beautiful breads everytime. I have tried pans from other companies but these you can count on with every single bread you put in it!
Good loaf pan. Easy to clean non stick finish, sturdy and heavy duty . Like the wide handles.
Elongated ends help removal with our family's overly thick and ridiculous oven mitts. To date loaves have cooked evenly, moist ceumb, satisfied.
Great pan and great size. Easy nonstick finish on the inside. I love how it's made of aluminum and steel. Great products at USA pans
My family loves banana bread and this American Bakeware classics pan is great! It leaves the loaves golden, not too dark or burned ! I always use parchment paper when baking, so I can't say if the food gets stuck to it. But overall it's great! Definitely recommend it!
It was a fine loafpan. However, the edges of the pan were not totally rolled over: there is a gap and the edges are sharp. So someone could cut themselves on the edges if not careful, PLUS food will get stuck in there and be hard to clean. Price is 3 because for the price, I expect a better finish than described above. It is quite pricy compared to other similar items
I was surprised with the thickness and durability of this loaf pan. I have used this loaf pan to make meatloaf and it came out perfectly! Make sure you do NOT put this pan in the dishwasher as it is not dishwasher safe. I made this mistake the very first time I used the loaf pan and now there are tiny flecks of paint from the pan missing. I am hopeful the pan is still usable after this blunder that I made. Nevertheless, I am happy with this purchase and I would definitely purchase from American Bakeware again as it appears they do make quality products for cooking aficionados.
I received this and initially I did like that it seemed to be a heavier weighted pan. But I wish it was coated with a ceramic or not stick. You have to coat this pan was cake release or you cake will be ruined. I dont know if I received a bad one or if its just not coated as well as my others. It cooks fine and its great for cakes or meatloaf or bread. Never can have too many especially since it's small. I even use it to make smaller batches of cornbread, brownies. Its a very versatile pan. I hope it holds up for years to come.
