They say Ester-C is non carcinogenic unlike regular c. There is no corn, rice, gluten, or soy. They are a good capsule size. Highly recommend when your feeling under the weather from an illness as soon as you feel symptoms.

Of course being an Ester gives it a big advantage into how it is absorbed into your system. I have been using this particular Vitamin C for many years, have referred friends and family to it as well. I truly believe that it is some of the best on the market!

Doctor recommended it for the "cold and flu season " , and I am happy to say it works!! I have not had a cold or flu for over 4 years since I started taking one a day every day. Great price too. Easy to swallow. I highly recommend it. Easy on your stomach, low acid.

This is a non-acidic C. It is one of the best around. I used to like Ester-C better when I could get the plain powder from Natrol. Unfortunately, they sold the patent and the new owner, American Health, doesn't sell it as a plain powder. I don't like fillers or capsules. At least this particular version doesn't have bioflavonoids and isn't a tablet. I hope that Swanson's will make a plain Ester C powder available.

Why did the capsules get smaller ??? I have been using this product for many years. The capsules in my last bottles are much smaller than before, which makes me wonder whether the capsules still have the same potency as earlier.
