Highly recommend.
This is a gentle, effective laxative. You can break the tabs into 4ths or halves to provide the most effective relief. I count on TAM for regular health.

TAM Herbal Laxative
Two tablets at bedtime makes it easy to go in the morning. I was using Swiss Kriss but the TAM is a better value and works just as well.

Works, but ...............
Requires 12 hours plus to work. Causes mild stomach cramps. Has a residual effect for a day or two, which I appreciate. I take the six tablets at bed time and the next morning "I'm good to go", .... so to speak. I would recommend this product, unless you can't abide stomach cramps. I have not tried the other method of dosage,two tablets, three times per day, it may not produce the cramps.
