Good for gut inflammation as well as constipation.
It works to relieve occasional constipation with just two tablets at dinner. I also found if I take one daily along with a ‘digestive tea', it prevents my IBS and calms occasional gut bloat when I eat certain foods that I shouldn't; must be the licorice and fennel in it that works for that. This does not cause bloating or cramping unless you take two tablets three times a day as recommended, yikes! One a day will keep you regular!

Works even better than Swiss Kriss brand
I take it at night, when needed, 2-4 tablets. Works great. Works great for people on constipating causing medications. I even think it works far better than Senekot natural laxative, which can make you cramp and feel nauseous if you have to take it constantly.

VERY Efffective product
When I first got this product, I followed the suggested dosage, and will NOT do that again!!! I do like the product, but found it a bit too effective. I now take 1 tablet with my other vitamins and herbs, and only take a 2nd tablet when I need a little help.

A Laxative for Everyone
This is every good as a brand name herbal laxative, and it also includes cascara bark, the name brand does not. Is cascara more effective? It does not make a difference on me, but others may notice a difference. The Swanson price is also a good point for Tam. This same product costs more in vitamin stores, or natural markets.

Highly recommend.
This is a gentle, effective laxative. You can break the tabs into 4ths or halves to provide the most effective relief. I count on TAM for regular health.

Great purchase!
Personally I think it's a great purchase. It does what it's suppose to do and I have been back to buy this item several times. The only issue is the price has gone up every time I make a purchase but it's worth it for now.

works well, good price
I haven't found TAM senna anywhere else, and it really relieves constipation well. The small proportion of cascara added seems to help, without the harshness I have experienced when taking only cascara.
