it was surprisingly easy to use. thoughtvthere was going to be some "breakin period" to get the dough to slide off but worked great on first try! great construction, ease of use 5🌟 ! definitely would recommend.

Functional Pizza Peel
Finally a pizza peel I can use with my pizza stone. With the use of corn meal, I can now slip my homemade pizza from this American Metalcraft 3016 Extra Large Blade 30 x 16 Pizza Peel onto the pre-heated stone in my oven The handle is just about 2"s too long for me to store it conveniently but I will soon shorten it.

Pizza blade rocks
This pizza blade rocks! Very durable and functional to dust with flower then slide and insert or withdraw home made pizza from the brick pizza oven on my back patio. I'd recommend it to anyone. It works!

This PIZZA Peel is a very Good size and I like it. The Only Dislike is that ya Have to use Alot of Cornmeal on the surface if your using a Stickier or Wetter style of PIZZA Dough . The dough Really Sticks to it . It's NOT like a Wooden Peel as far as sliding dough off !

Pizza peal
I needed the large size but it is somewhat unhandy to get into the oven. I had somewhat of a hard time getting a pizza off it, otherwise it worked pretty good.

This is HUGE. It will not fit in any of my cabinets. Pay attention to what size you are buying. It was tiny in the picture and works fine. It's just too big to store and awkward to use.

Cheap, thus not quality stuff
There is a long scratch on one side. The logo is only half printed. The hole in the handle is not sanded. Delivery was fast and it is a useable peel.
