Broken
When we got the box the truck came in, the box is perfectly fine but the bed on the truck is busted on both sides.

Arrived Damaged
The truck arrived damaged. It also arrived later than initially indicated, but this didn't play a roll in my negative review. I will update this post as I go through the customer service process.
