Unit came in a timely manner, had correct wire ends and was a snap to install, overall I would definately recommend to anyone needing new batteries.

Makes an old UPS brand new
These things bring life back to an old UPS. Now they run as good as when originally purchased

Normally Easy To Install
These are good batteries and normally real easy to install. Recently, I had two in my UPS and two in an external battery box that bulged at the sides as they died. The UPS and battery box both had to be disassembled and the dead batteries had to be pried out. I could not find a local UPS repair service, so I got one of my engineers to do the work.

Pros - 1) Quick surface delivery, 2) Easy to install Cons - 1) Heavy, 2) Recycling is a problem

Wrong conectors
The RBC11 came with the wrong connectors on the batteries. I had to use the connectors from the old batteries. Either ship without connectors or the right ones for the application.
