this piece of equipment works well and seems to be well made. Having said that, it's pretty clear that the people who designed it never tried to install one. For starters, the water connection happens at the bottom of the tank and includes a rather large, beautifully made fitting that screws onto the water inlet for the tank. Because the fitting is so large, you can't just remove the tank and attach it, slide the fitting through the access hole in the toilet and then re-install the tank. it won't fit. For toilets with straight sides, that means you have to un-install the entire toilet, turn it around to install the fitting and hoses and then re-install the entire, assembled toilet. what could have been a 10 minute job turns into a job requiring a couple of hours. that complaint aside, once this unit is installed, it works well. glad we purchased it

Works fine. Not using TP anymore although TP is faster. Full-featured. Installed 1 month ago. Instructions and maintenance manual are good. Will it stand the test of time?

Great bidet seat. It has every function you could want in a seat. The design is very low profile compared to other bidet seats. The warm water function and heated seat are two features that definitely work better than many other models. Installation was mostly a breeze except for the toilet connection. I have the Boulevard one piece skirted toilet. Skirted toilets sometimes have a very narrow area for the toilet to water connection. The Boulevard toilet needs a 7/8" to 7/8" extension to do the install. Once I had that everything was perfect. I would recommend the seat to others. Is it expensive... definitely, but if you've used some of the cheaper bidet seats you won't go back once you try this one. I wish I had just saved money by spending more on a high end one to begin with. Great seat.

We bought this sleek formed seat for a downstairs bathroom as we have an Advanced Clean 100 upstairs. It works great and should be simple enough for guests to operate. Fit nicely over a Toto Connelly. Measure carefully first.

The seat was packaged nicely to ensure no damage while shipping. Upon opening the box, we were a bit apprehensive and overwhelmed at the amount of pieces, but the directions were pretty straight forward and the YouTube videos definitely helped as well. You definitely don't need a plumber to install this, however, you will need an electrician to add an outlet nearby if you don't already have one. Once the install was done, we got to use the seat and it functioned as promised. I loved that the nozzles are adjustable since not everyone is the same size. The heated seat is a wonderful feature although not needed at this moment in July but will gladly be welcomed in January. The remote was well labeled and allowed every adjustment needed. The seat claims to be for the whole family but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a button happy 4 year old like we have. All in all, great seat that functions wonderfully. This model has great features. We really love it. Fabulous invention. Only issue is I don't think air dryer dries completely with one press of remote. Need to use a second time.

I received this couple weeks back and was grateful for opportunity to sample this particular product. Reason. I have other style bidets on my toilets which work with same cleaning concept. Minus the need for electrical power at the toilet area. Review. Like the style and ease of installation of toilet seat. Has a better back of seat method for attaching to toilet and covers exposed spaces for contaminant collection at the connection point. Big plus over my other bidet. Also like the ideal of the way it flushes it truly makes its main purpose of cleaning more pleasurable do to less mess. Over all nothing was missing in what it offers. Just a lot of activity available for use if desired. Note -personally I did not like the need for A/C power outlet in my bathroom. Behind or near the toilet period. Ground fault or not. Just felt the electrical power requirement was a bit out liking. Now maybe if I was build a house from scratch , I would not have a issue placing a outlet by design for this product. Heated toilet seat etc. not needed in my humble opinion to get results needed. Small bathroom designs like mine is not necessarily ideal for this size seat. Stands out for sure. For the operations of this , I have to say the remote is to big and not sensible for mounting in size for again smaller bathroom designs. Large type would be just fine ,I would think they would have more space available for this large remote and mount. Over all not what I would buy if at the store for my modest size house. Yet I do feel as if this price owns up to everything it says it does and performs as should. I personally wish I had a bigger bathroom to show case it. Just installed the New 3.0 A/S spa seat...I give this seat a 3.5 star rating, I would have give it a 5 star rating but it need a few more added features...we have a Toto Bidet washlet in our master bath, and we just added this A/S spa seat to the guest bathroom...the Toto has 3 extra option the we really like, 1. Open automatically when you walk up to it 2. A Lite comes on when the seat opens 3. It pre sprays the bowl with a mist when it opens..
