Keeps Clean and Looks Great
When we remodeled our rental house, we wanted to go beyond just providing any sink and a toilet. We have American Standard in our own home and are very pleased with it so why not have it for the rental house. The porcelain keeps clean and looks great. We want our tenants to feel special and this sink is just a part of that statement. We care.

no cutout template available on line
American standard FAILS to provide a template for the cutout on line. We are fabricating the Solid Surface tops and the plumber is supplying the sink and installing it. We do not make cutouts in the field they are done on our CNC router in the shop. I need the template available on line so I can put it in the AUTOCAD drawing for our CNC programmer/operator. Come on American Standard, get your act together.

Poor quality build
The drain hole is not level. There is at least a 1/4 inch difference between the front and back. The drain assembly will not mount. I bought two of these sinks and both are defective.
