Very sleek and modern. Ease to install and accurate measuring cup
Not only does this faucet measure water for you, but the sprayed head retracts into place and you can touch it on and off with a touch of the back of your hand. So, if your hands are full of raw chicken contamination you can just touch it with the back of your hand and not worry about raw chicken contamination on your faucet! Also, beyond all the smart features on this faucet it is just a good looking and substantially built faucet that I think I will have in my kitchen for years to come. Thank you American Standard for making this quality/high functioning faucet!
We have been using the faucet for about two months now. My wife and I really like it. We think it's a nice looking faucet and the size is good for our single bowl sink. The installation is not difficult but it does have more complexity due to the control box for the Measure Fill feature. I definitely recommend screwing the control box to the back of your cabinet because the sticky tape is not strong enough to hold it. The sprayer could use a little more power and the retraction hose can get caught on something under the sink but it works very well. The swivel feature of the faucet head is great. The Measure Fill feature is convenient and I have used it many times but my wife says that the markings are a little hard to see. Overall we like this faucet and would recommend it.
The Beale MeasureFill Touch Kitchen Faucet is a great addition to our kitchen. Not only does it have a sensor to start the cold water flow (I use my knuckle to turn it on), it has the ability to dispense any amount you choose on the dial. It's pretty accurate. If you set the dial to 1 cup, and engage the sensor - you get one cup of cold water and then the faucet turns off. If you set the dial to the power symbol and engage the sensor, the water will flow uninterrupted for 30 minutes according to the owner's manual. Or, you can use the faucet like a regular faucet and turn it on/off with the handle. If you want hot water, you will always have to use the handle. The sensor (and MeasureFill function) only control the cold water. The unit comes with batteries and the owner's manual says they should last 1 year before needing to be changed. The stainless steel finish looks great in our home and complements our appliances nicely. It is very easy to clean and looks great. Overall we are impressed with the functionality and ease of installation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I received my faucet very quickly. My son installed it for me, it only took a few minutes. One of the nice things about the way it's installed is once you tighten the nut under the counter there is a ring that has screws like set screws that lock that nut in place so it can't loosen up. My previous faucet kept coming loose. The MeasureFill is great just dial in the amount of water you need touch the window and there you go. Hands a mess just touch the window on the dial and the water turns on, very handy. The spray head is auto retracting, let go and it goes back in place. It has regular flow and spray. I really like this new faucet it's not only very handy it's also a very attractive addition to our kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade your kitchen or for new construction. America Standard is a name synonymous with quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I love this faucet! The height of the faucet is convenient for my larger pots and the spray nozzle stays conveniently in place until I need to use it. When done it smoothly goes back into place. I love the pre-set water measuring feature and the touch sensor. Great product and attractive, too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am very happy with this faucet. I replaced a basic faucet that was 10 years old with this one, and everything works much smoother. The feel of the valve and the left/right movement of the faucet was noticeably better. The MeasureFill feature is very interesting. The first few times I would use a measuring cup to check it, but now I just use the bowl or pan I'm cooking with. I do use the feature set to 8 oz. to rinse my hands while prepping and so I use less water. My wife likes the built-in sprayer. We had one set off to the right on the previous faucet and rarely used it. The height of the faucet makes it easy to fill or clean larger pots and pans. It took me a little over 1 1/2 hrs to install (I was trying to neatly organize the hoses and wires), but it can be installed in less than an hour. Overall, it is a very good and useful product. I was so excited when I received the opportunity to review the Beale MeasureFill Touch Kitchen Faucet. The faucet arrived in a slim box with all parts and instructions neatly displayed. As soon as I removed the faucet I was immediately impressed by its sleek, modern design - you could feel the quality! Installation was a breeze and was installed within 30 mins. My husband especially found the instructional video super helpful. He summed up the process as, "Plug & Play". Once the faucet was in, we admired how beautifully it complimented our kitchen - a true statement piece. Then the fun part… We set the dial to 1 cup and watched in awe! A precise measurement poured into our measuring cup. We were so excited, we even called over the neighbors. They too were just as impressed! We've been using the faucet for about 2 weeks now and I never realized how often I use to take out the measuring cup. If you're a Baker and/or make pasta and soup often, you'll love the connivence this faucet has to offer. Each pour, always an exact measurement. Although this faucet is amazing, I have two minor critiques: 1.) I wish the sprayer had more force. I actually feel like the normal pour option is more powerful than the spray setting. 2.) It seems to take a while for the water to warm up when turned to the hot position. I'm not sure if either of these are just installation tweaks. If so, please let me know how we can fix. Other than that, thank you American Standard for creating such a beautiful and clever product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This faucet is pretty cool! I've owned it for about a month now. The MeasureFill technology is very useful; just turn dial to your desired amount of water, touch the side, and out comes the specified water amount (quite accurately!). We use it frequently to fill our drinking glasses with water. It also comes in handy when you're cooking/baking for specific amounts of water called for in a recipe. The faucet's sprayer works well and the hose goes back into its place easily - and stays there. The faucet rotates easily around its base and stays where you place it. It looks great and stands out in our kitchen! The only thing I don't like - similar to all faucets this tall - is when the stream of water hits a pan it sprays water everywhere. The volume and water pressure is great, but the stream is so concentrated that it comes out almost like the "Jet" setting on a hose sprayer. The installation was bit tricky, as the seal is not sized correctly, thus creating a gap between faucet and sink. But I just filled it in with some clear caulk. Also, if you have an aluminum sink you will want the three hole cover, as it will help provide stability. This faucet is quite heavy and it bounces around when you touch it (i.e. the aluminum sink flexes). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this faucet in 2020 and was super excited to have it installed in my new kitchen. Since then, it has been reinstalled by 3 different people, I have had 3 different ones and all, once used for a short amount of time, come undone from the part that screws into the counter. I've ending up having it taped to part of my counter to stand up while I decide what else to choose. It's been such a headache. American Standard did send me another faucet but that didn't help when even professionals couldn't get it to stay standing.
