Very good slow close seat, Fitted well and easy to install.

What an innovative toilet seat!
This toilet seat/cover close slowly to avoid damage. Easy to clean plastic finish is first rate with no where for dirt/germs to hide due to its design. The cover curves over the sides of the seat to completely cover it. It also includes a small innovative built in handle in the side of the seat - great idea!

Smooth to install and use.
Smooth to install and use. This lightweight lid was a breeze to install and comfortable to sit on. The only tip I would suggest is to be sure it is aligned to the toilet before tightening it on. If it's off center then it will be stuck in that position with every close. On the bright side, it doesn't shift around once it's installed unlike some lids I've used in the past.

Great toilet seat. Installed like a breeze. Love the new features. The seat lifter is a nifty idea, the soft close works perfectly.

Much Needed Upgrade
A much needed upgrade to a great water saving toilet. The original seat that came with the Cadet 3 is cheap and uncomfortable. This has a sleek design and is not flimsy or cheap. Well designed too.

Great toliet seat
One mounting bolt sheared off within 6 months. However, customer service promptly provided a replacement toilet seat under warranty. Great customer service when a problem arose.

Exactly what I needed
I needed a product that would close slowly and quietly especially when our young grandkids are around and this fits the bill.

ALL PLASTIC.
Nice, BUT I didn't know it was plastic (even the hardware is plastic). I think the price is way to high for plastic. Overall, it does what it's suppose to.
