Paid a tad extra for the one we wanted available through Walmart 3rd party, but HD didn't have the elongated available. Fast Delivery! Package arrived in perfect condition. Nice bright white toilet, very quiet once installed. No problems 3 months out. Great purchase!

We've had this toilet for 10 years and it by far better than the toilet in our other bathroom (which I won't say the name but it starts with K). It still looks like the day we put it in, it's stainfree, reliable and has never caused any issues. I would definitely buy another American Standard!

This Cadet PRO was demoed by the supplier who has them in the wharehouse and showroom bathrooms. He rolled out a Bunch of toilet paper that pretty much filled the bowl and it flushed great. I installed ours about 7 months ago and it has worked great with absolutely no problems.

quiet,uses very little water I know that it doesn't clog because my granddaughter put 3 soap balls into it and they went down with out a problem.

I installed the toilet two days ago. So far so good. Flushes like a champ. I have had two other kohler and they both started clogging after a few years. With this addition, i now have three American standard . The other two American standard i have had for around 6-10 years and no problems. I will only purchase American standard going forward.

Replaced my toilet to get this higher one--but not too high. 16 1/2" is perfect for my 5' 5" height. This is gentle on knees. Seat is comfortable and level. Flush time is really short and much quieter than toilet in other bathroom. But...fluch for stool is sometimes insufficient and requires being followed by cleaning with a toilet brush. I have recommended this product to friends. PS: I love indoor plumbing!!!

I bought this toilet 3 years ago and installed it in my kids' bathroom. It has been a great water saver, is easy to clean and works very well.

I recently purchased two cadet pro toilets. While the functionality of the toilets seems fine, the toilets had multiple defects that required multiple returns to the plumbing supply store to sort out. One bowl that I purchased had missed spots of finish on the bowl, and the tank lid also had a glaring imperfection of finish. Upon getting a new lid, it did not fit on the tank. The lid replacement I got was made in China, and the tank was made in Mexico. It seems that the two had slightly different specs. Bottom line: Check your toilets before installing, the quality control is not that good!

Have three of these toilets in my new home. Builders plumber had to replace one because it just would not flush reliably. And they all still don't flush reliably. I have never in all my long years have a toilet that clogs up so easily in normal use as these do. Expect frequent toilet plunger use. I've reached my limit and will be replacing all three.
