American Standard Edgewater Semi-Professional Pull Down Kitchen Faucet 1.5 GPM in Polished Chrome

This is by far the most amazing Kitchen Faucet I have ever used! I am so glad that it is mine! I love that it will reach across my Triple Bowl Sink and the bar that holds it steady when I'm not using the sprayer is so convenient. It looks so simple but when you use it you realize how awesome it actually is!

After having this product for about a year and a half, the sprayer switch started to malfunction to the point where there would barely be any water pressure. Eventually it got bad enough that when I would turn it on, water would start to leak out of the hose part of it. I replaced the sprayer, but when I turn on the fan and mist functions, water still comes out through the twists on the hose. The faucet itself is great, just these couple of issues make it a little difficult to use.

I have had this product for almost 2 years and water flow has been horrible since install. Just thought it is what it is. But all my other faucets have amazing flow. I have requested a new valve body from American standard, we will see how that works out. Functionality is not all that great either. Only gives you the look you are desiring.

We bought this faucet and it is difficult to turn on and off. Help!

We installed this in our kitchen 5 years ago and had to replace it about 2 years in. Now we need to replace it again. The rubber stripped off the spray button on both faucets within a year.

Just like one of the comments above, my rubber button on the spray function has broken off. This expensive faucet now looks very cheap. Is there a replacement button that can be sent to fix this?

I installed both 4932.350 and 4932.410 in a new kitchen. The water pressure in the building is excellent, but the restricted flow from the faucets is weak at best and unacceptable. Client is furious. Can this low flow be improved? Where is the restricted?
