Product was delivered ahead of estimated date. Carton was a bit crushed but no damage. Char installed easily and is very comfortable. Unfortunate that it can't be folded when ;eg rest is installed, but a few minutes to install and remove won't be a problem. I would recommend this product.

The chair is everything I expected it to be. Nice finish great quality and seems to be very sturdy. When I set my 250 lbs. body in it it doesnt flex or wobble like the cheaper chairs do.

This is a solid wood chair with heavy canvas. My husband loves it for looking out the window and watching the birds in winter. It is a bright red canvas and not burgundy as it looks on the computer.

This chair is very sturdy and the materials are top quality. If this is a chair you won't be needing to fold up and move around a lot it is great. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because the foot stand has to be secured with a screw and that screw has to be removed in order to fold the chair up. I had purchased this to be used for the president of the company I work at. He wanted a directors chair that he could take to trade shows. He has to bring a screwdriver with him to set it up, which isn't always convenient, but we both agree the quality of the chair is great!

This chair is nicely built and priced at less than half of the comparable Telescope product. My ""natural"" finished chairs turned out to be made of maple or birch (white hardwood), and not ""American Oak"" as stated so they blend in well with my regular directors chairs. They are made in Thailand of somewhat lighter construction details and scantlings so time will tell if they're as robust as the US built originals. All in all, they are good looking chairs. The one inch wider seat is a nice detail.

This chair was easy to assemble. It is solid wood construction with sturdy cloth seat and back. A very big negative - with the foot rest installed the chair will not fold up. I will need to carry a screwdriver. Irritable inconvenience if you do shows and want to pack it away.

The fabric is solid and a nice color. The chair is rated for 300 lbs and it is every bit solid enough and wide enough to hold me. Unfortunately I brought this to use at craft fairs and it does not fold up. The foot pad installs using two screws and this prevents the chair from closing. I did like the quality enough that I kept the chair and modified it to fold without needing to remove the foot pad.

The chairs are fine except you must take the foot rests off to fold the chairs. Very inconvienient to bring inside when it rains. I have other similar chairs that have a flip type foot rest esy to fold. These chairs could have a similar foot rest by just supplying the correct type of screws/bolts.

Ordered FOLDING CHAIRS when assembled with foot rest they do not FOLD. Hence defeating the purpose. Poor hayneedle buyers they should at least use the product ONCE. Should be advertised as ""folding chairs with dangling feet if foot rest installed unable to fold or carry screwdriver in back pocket for each use.

The armrests was broke ! It didn't look to be from shipping because the box is fine that it arrived in. Still trying to contact someone at Hayneedle to get it replaced.
