Satisfactory everyday scale
Box was quite damaged. Front of scale has a scratch but in place it doesn't show. I had to have help opening the battery compartment to remove the battery-protecting plastic strip.

Use the SWITCH on back (Kilos v.s. pounds)
Use the switch on back to alternate between kilos and pounds. If it is set to kilos, it will appear to be knocking off 100 lbs., but you must switch it to pounds, then it will work. It's a beautiful unit, but not 100%. It will be off by a few pounds depending on how you stand on it, but it does the job for the price and it is lovely.

A piece of junk.
Inaccurate and inconsistent. Replacing batteries doesn't help. Batteries are too expensive. Why not design to use AA or AAA batteries.

Defective - knocks off first 100 pounds
Says I weigh 101- real weight 201 lbs. Wife weighs 170 - says she's 70 lbs. Daughter weights 160 - says she weighs 60 lbs. DEFECTIVE / RETURNING!
