Seems to lighten hemosiderin scarred legs.
Amerigel Care Lotion felt soothing when I applied it and did not leave a greasy feeling. I believe the Oakin in it is already starting to lighten my hemosiderin discoloration.

Amerigel lotion
It helps to thicken thin skin. It lightens dark areas from bruising, and so your skin will not teat or scratch as easily.
