Ameriwood Home Grafton End Table, Black Oak

Good quality and easy to assemble, brought this product as a gift for my daughter to put her aquarium. She definitely loves it!

The Queer Eye Copely End Table came very securely packaged and the parts were all in perfect condition inside the box. Everything was there to put together this stylish end table. The labels were great except for the drawer rails but I figured it out. One person assembled it at a leisurely pace in under an hour. I'm sure other people could do it quicker. The tools used were a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer. It includes an allen wrench for the legs. The Black Oak drawer is a nice contrast to the table and opens and closes easily. Be aware that the drawer does not go the full depth of the table but is still very spacious. The tabletop has plenty of room for a lamp and additional decor. Overall it was easy to assemble and I really like it.

Now that it is all put together, I love it! It has a ton of room, and is a great size for an end table. I love the style and the colors. However, it was not that easy to put together. The legs are on a strange angle that you have to make sure you figure out before you get them installed. I would say it is the same quality that you would get at ikea. I love the deep drawer. Overall I am happy with it, I just wouldn't want to have to put it together again!

I was able to put this together myself in about an hour. I was on the phone during the "construction process" so even with many distractions, it was easy to assemble. I love the look and the sleek design matches my TV stand I bought over 2 years ago. I'm so glad this was in stock and just as great as my other piece.

Love this whole set. I bought the coffee table, end tables, bar, desk, and media cart. The colors are great and fairly easy to assemble. The only caveat is anything with a drawer requires you to install 2 drawer rails and 2 cabinet rails. They are all marked (DL, DR, CL, CR for drawer/cabinet left/right) so look for these very faint markings on the pieces. It's very easy to install these backwards. I did it twice and had to call the manufacturer twice and send photos before we figured out what was wrong. The Step 6 instructions have a very tiny photo that isn't very helpful. Just be sure that the wheels on the drawer rails are next to the drawer side, not below it. The way all the holes in the rail align with the screw holes makes it possible to install this backwards without knowing it until you try to slide the drawer in and it doesn't clear the top of the opening. For the price, this is cool furniture and has a very Jetsons MCM look. I paid $800 for all the pieces. (Don't worry. The piano in the photo is going to be replaced by an MCM couch!)

There was one small damaged part when I opened the box, but nothing that can be seen. The instructions were very confusing. I couldn't tell from the picture which way the drawer runners were supposed to go, so I ended up having to redo those runners inside the box area where the drawer was supposed to slide into. The finish was good and the legs once attached seem to be very sturdy.

I was surprised the table was so large. It is a really good size for a nightstand/end table. Plenty of room for a lamp and whatever. It wasn't as easy to put together as I had hoped but I am not very handy with screwdrivers. It seems to be sturdy enough for adults. It is made of pressed wood products so I don't expect it to last forever. I would not purchase this for younger children. It would be great for a younger person just starting out or a dorm room. The piece came wrapped very well and there was no damage. It comes in a million pieces and took over an hour to put together. The instructions were adequate. I do like that the legs are iron and not wood. The drawer does not work, or fit well. I ended up just forcing the drawer in place to take the photo. I wouldn't pay over $20 for the table especially when you take into account the amount of time it takes to assemble. If you found it assembled I still would not pay over $25 for it. I've never bought anything from IKEA, but I'm thinking the quality is probably very similar. I did like that it was 2 toned and it did blend ok with my modern farmhouse furnishings. If you like to put things together and you are all about modern design then this piece will probably make you very happy.
