Good quality axe handle replacement. Excellent value from Walmart online. Came with wood insert and a metal wedge. Fit was excellent; no need to shave or any type of sanding. I had to trim the end before I placed the wood insert. I did that so the insert will go in deeper. My only knock on this handle is that I wish the manufacturer did not lacquer the handle. I use my own wood oil.

Fits just right for Ludell camp ace
This handle fits my 1.5 lbs Ludell camp axe that I had to cut off the uncomfortable fiberglass handle. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. I will be buying another one for a different axe.
