Well, it looks heavy duty. The first time I used it was on a deck demo. I started tossing deck boards less than 2 feet long into the wheelbarrow. After loading, I wheeled it to my trailer to dump the debris in. After doing so off I went with the wheelbarrow in tow. I looked down at the tub and noticed a 8" long crack across the bottom. I thought no way could that have caused that. Then I'm investigating the creek closer I noticed how thin the bottom of the tub actually was. It was maybe an eighth of an inch thick. Lo and behold I saw another crack up towards the front of the tub bottom. Now maybe this is my fault and I should've read more about the wheel barrel prior to purchasing it. This is not a professional use wheelbarrow. I would category eyes this as a homeowner light yard debris wheelbarrow. I would be concerned to use it for any kind of stone Gravol or a shovel with a sharp point especially in the winter time when it would be more susceptible to the temperatures and cracking up. It was 85° out when I was using it so temperature should not of been a factor. And $149 temperature shouldn't matter anyway. It should've been able to take the minor abuse I was putting it through abuse I was putting it through. I'm a professional contractor and I'm very picky when it comes to taking care of my tools and the quality Inn which I buy. I learned a long time ago in my trade the biz not pay to use cheap quality tomatoes or abuse them at any level of quality. I had no idea or even give it a second thought to what I was doing would cause this issue. Live and learn I'm just hoping I can find a replacement tub that's heavier duty than this one and that it will fit this frame without drilling holes.
