Amika Rising Star Volumizing Finishing Spray 5.3 oz

Not only does it give some texture to my fine just below shoulder length hair, it also gives a nice base layer of hold and I love that it smells so great which I really appreciate on 2nd day hair. I still use a light hair spray to finish but when I lift sections of hair and spray this volumizer it adds a little more body. Definitely recommend for help with fine hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have particularly oily hair so I wash my hair every other day but my hair usually needs a little help to not look flat the day after a wash. This spray has helped give it some volume while still keeping my hair soft. All I have to do is spray it onto my roots and brush my hair out and I'm good to go. It's lightweight so it doesn't weigh my hair down, plus it smells great and isn't at all overpowering. I also love that the spray can be locked so I can toss this in a tote and not worry about it.

The sprayer is great and places the product evenly on the hair. It leaves a sweet floral smell. I unfortunately it did not hold the volume or insure a lift in my hair. I would not purchase again.

The hairspray was only a quarter full. Works well.

I'm not sure what this finishing spray was designed to do, but it did not add any volume, and it did not hold my styling, and it left my hair sticky to the touch. I wouldn't recommend this product based on my experience.
