Haven't taken it long enough to sense the benefits but weirdly I feel great already! It has a bit of a bitter taste but if you put it in something cold you can barely taste it. The packaging is good and I like taking this as a supplement to my diet.
The best amino acids on iherb. The only drawback is the bad taste but I'm already used to it so I don't mind it anymore. Taking it post workout and helps me recover pretty quickly. Combine it with carbohydrates and creatine and you will see great results.
I love these 9 essential amino acids because it is an excellent product to keep me from losing muscle mass in my old age. The bitterness is not too bad though if you take it with some juice or flavored yogurt. A very cost-effective way to get essential amino acids. I recommend this product.
I love using this product when doing something that I don't normally do. For example, I have a weak back and after working in my garden I usually have a lot of pain. The amino powder really helps me get through it so I can do what I really enjoy. The taste is a little sour, but I use it in juice and add a little stevia to help. This particular brand is good quality recommended by my doctor. He said it would benefit me well. He was right!
I've been using this Amino-9 Essentials Powder, and I'm really impressed with it. Since it's a powder, there are no unnecessary fillers or additives that we don't need. It's a pure, concentrated source of essential amino acids. I've noticed that taking this supplement gives me a nice energy boost, which is great for my active lifestyle. Another thing I love about this powder is how easy it is to use. I simply throw it in a glass of water along with my other supplements, and it mixes well without leaving any clumps. The taste is pretty neutral.
It is excellent quality as other people reviewed. I used to be so weak and could not do weight training even though I wished so many times and so long. But I could not increase my meal due to lack of enzyme to digest. After much research, I understand EAA is excellent for such weak people and efficient to observe nutrition, then gain energy to do exercises.
This is a great quality mix of essential amino acids, with no added or bulk ingredients, at a good price. The taste is not great but not as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe. I drop a scoop straight into my mouth and drink about 8 ounces of water to wash it down, a little salty/bitter but not bad. Helps to have a digital scale to measure out a suggested serving of 5.6 grams.
Will buy again
I love that this product has zero additives - I got exactly what I asked for. However, I failed to believe the reviews about the taste and difficulty mixing it with liquids. I THOUGHT that I could add this to a favorite flavorful hot or cold beverage and it would taste okay. I have to say, forcing this down is a struggle. It is SO BITTER! And it floats to the top in dry little clumps. The only way it's even bearable is if I put it in a bottle with stevia and a frozen cube of lemon juice and shake the daylights out of it. I doubt I'll be a repeat customer unless I can figure out some other flavors that work! I'm all in favor of capsule form if they start producing that!
This supplement is a solid addition to my daily routine, providing noticeable benefits for my energy levels and workout performance. While the flavor leaves something to be desired, I've found it easy to take directly with water. Overall, a good product for those prioritizing effectiveness over taste.
