Good Compression
Ordered 4x for a man 360 pounds. Could tell they would not be large enough for him. My husband who has larger ankles has been wearing them. They fit well with good compression on feet and ankles but too loose above ankle to knee. He is 6'0 180 lbs.

Having a zipper on these compression socks makes them much easier to put on. They have worked well for me.
