This bed is the highest we could find. Please measure to make sure it works with your ceilings. My 9 year old loves this bed! He has plenty of space below for a desk and other things. We did add padding to the ladder to make it more comfortable. For the bed to be sturdy we do recommend anchoring to the wall. The bed was easy to put together and came with no flaws. We are happy with our purchase.
Pretty easy assembly and disassemble to move. But I lost the screws. So hoping to find where I can order more screws.
There isn't much to the bed. Have no real complaints. For the price, it's what i paid for. As soon as I bought this one, other ones with more and looked more exciting went on sell lol.
I bought this bed with realistic expectations based on how affordable it is. It is not quite as sturdy as I would like so we anchored it to the wall. The material is decent quality, it just doesn’t have enough bracing points to keep it from feeling shaky. So far I like the height of it and the colors. I do not like the ladder as the top has no spot for it to connect where the rail doesn’t go around so you have to climb the ladder then go over the rail. Also, the ladder hurts our feet when we try to climb up it because it’s so squared. Overall though, it’s not bad for the money. The instructions were a tad confusing at times but manageable.
honestly it's great but the ladder needs to be better because it hurts just stepping on the ladder to get on and off the bed but other than that it good also squeaks pretty loud. it has its pros and cons.
we bought 2 of these to try and give my older teenage daughters there room back. the assembly was amazingly easy and they were nice and heavy amd instantly put my mind at ease. only 1 pf our daughters is sleeping in her bed so far but hopefully soon we will habe both of them comfortable enough to use it. we purposely bought these becauae of there weight limits, the girls are a little uneasy with the ladder but we have plans to remedy that with pool noodles
just be aware that this is not one with a desk, although it shows up in that search and the pics show it with one. and it's very tall, so watch out for the ceiling fans
My sister is 150 pounds and as soon as she went on the bed the bars started to bend and she fell right through, my mother had to spend more money to reenforce it!
Do NOT buy!! This cheaply made piece of crap will ensure that neither you nor your child get a good night sleep. Even bolting it to the wall didn’t help. It’s cheaply made, rickety, and unsafe. Also, after I ordered (and returned it, which was also a nightmare BTW), I realized I was charged an extra $150 for shipping that wasn’t part of the original order. Luckily that was refunded, but it doesn’t change the fact that this bed is awful.
They make you think this bed comes with the DESK but it doesn’t! Thanks for ruining our sons Christmas!!!!
