Amoretti - Blanched Almond Flour (Extra Fine) - 3 lbs

I've used this almond flour for macarons and gluten-free chocolate cookies. I was a bit skeptical of their "no sifting claim" but I took them at their word and, wow! silky smooth macaron shells and no little almond flour chunks in my cookies! I can't wait to keep experimenting with this awesome almond flour!

I started baking macarons about 2 months ago and thought I'd try this brand of almond flour. It is my far the best almond flour I've used. It is so fine and that I didn't sifting or processing in the food processor. And my macarons have extremely smooth tops. It is a bit pricey but worth it.

I love using your almond flour, it's consistently fresh and finely ground with very little loss in the sifting process. It produces such exceptional macarons, I will use no other brand!

I have used this to batter chicken so far. It was different than flour but it still taste pretty good. It doesn't get as dark as flour cause it will dry your chicken out. So watch the time.
