Salted Caramel Corn Cream Puffs

Victoria November 29, 2016

OMG I used this to flavor pastry cream for some caramel corn cream puffs I made for an event. They disappeared! Such a fun, unique flavor and so easy to use; no messing with infusing milk with popped corn, just make your pastry cream and whisk in the artisan at the end. I'm thinking a "movie theater" ice cream would be fun too, popcorn ice cream with m&m's or something. Carnival ice cream, swirled popcorn and cotton candy ice creams. So many possibilities!
